Do you want to know how to reach our pilates studio from the 2nd arrondissement of Paris? Whether after a visit to the Palais Brongniart, on the corner of Passage du Caire or after discovering behind the scenes of the Grand Rex, Paris 2 is only a few minutes from our studio. 

Pour arriver à POSES, empruntez la ligne 3 jusqu’à la station République. Sortez par la sortie 8 – Boulevard Voltaire pour arriver à destination. Moins de 20 minutes suffisent pour franchir le pas de la porte du studio de pilates.

POSES Studio is a unique concept evolving the practice of Yoga, Pilates and Barre towards a more balanced workout requiring the whole body.

POSES breaks the codes of traditional practices and offers an inclusive, fun and dynamic experience. Immersive, the 50-minute sessions take place in the dark to the rhythms of exclusive playlists.

At POSES, no experience is necessary to participate.

Nous vous conseillons d’arriver 15 minutes avant le début de votre session. Vous serez accueilli par notre staff pour le check-in et la remise de votre serviette. N’hésitez pas à nous préciser que c’est votre première session ! Nous sommes là pour vous accompagner. 

We offer rhythmic and dynamic workouts: you will sweat!

Nos vestiaires hommes et femmes sont équipés de douches, de serviettes et d’une large gamme de soins Doers of London d’origine naturelle pour récupérer et sortir de chez nous on fire.

We provide free bath towels, straps and yoga mats, systematically disinfected and dried after each session. Only bring comfortable clothing for our poses and a micro-fiber towel to place on your mat (you will sweat!).

All our sessions are barefoot: so come as you are!

To enjoy an optimal session and not disturb your instructor and other Posers, it is not possible to enter the studio once the doors are closed. In the event of delay, access will be refused and your credit deducted.

If you cannot make it to your session, you can cancel it directly from your account up to 12 hours before the start time. Otherwise, your credit will be deducted.

Our session packs can be shared with several people.

The placement on our masts is numbered: each Poser has its place! When booking your session, you choose your mat on our booker, your place number if you prefer. He will follow you throughout the session.

When a course is full, it goes into a “waiting list”. You can register from the planning if you have available credits on your account. If a place becomes available up to 2 hours before the course, we will automatically assign it to you and you will receive a confirmation email.

Lockers are available throughout the studio and changing rooms. No need to bring your lock, we take care of everything.

Our studio is equipped with a water fountain to fill your water bottles. If you have forgotten yours, Aqua Pax bottles and our water bottles are on sale at reception.

Our studio is open depending on the sessions planned for the week. To find out our opening hours, please refer to planning.

Nos workouts de 50 minutes sont rythmés et accessibles. Ils s’inspirent de l’essentiel des postures, mouvements et transitions (Flows). Inspirés du yoga dynamique (vinyasa), du Pilates et de la barre au sol, ils alternent avec des séquences Pulse qui allient renforcement, isométrie et exercices au poids de corps pour bring mobility, strength and fluidity.

Inspired by Yoga, Pilates and Barre, the rhythmic and immersive workouts offered at POSES allow you to exercise while working on body alignment. They are aimed at people looking for a complete workout. By working on strength, endurance, flexibility and balance, you will sculpt and tone yourself.

Our workouts are not accessible to pregnant women. Very soon we will offer courses specially designed for future mothers.
