Lexi

Lexi has been a coach for 4 years now. Personal but also fitness coach, she is versatile and has several specialties: muscle strengthening, HIIT and yoga.

Its goal ? Get as many people moving as possible, all bodies, all profiles, whether they are flexible or not. For Lexi, having fun, relaxing and letting go remain essential. Accepting and embracing the process is part of the practice!

She likes to remind her students that some things take time, but that it remains useful and above all fun.
