After 10 years in the cinema industry, Laura moved into sport and well-being. Now a qualified sports coach and yoga and pilates teacher, she has found balance and a new way of approaching daily life in yoga.

Convinced that the mental and the physical are one, she strives to ensure that everyone can reconnect with their body, with their sensations, in order to (re)learn to live in the present moment.

She offers creative, stimulating and diversified flows to allow you to explore your body and its capabilities. To the rhythm of catchy music, fun and surpassing oneself will certainly be there!
